Tom Toce produced this 20-show festival in 2020, 2021, and 2022, assisted by Production Manager Sue Matsuki. Sue took over as festival producer in 2023, as Tom became President of the Board of Directors at the theater.
Individual shows that Tom produced included a Songwriters Showcase in 2020, Songs of Hope in 2021, 2022, and 2023, the Songwriters Alliance Showcase in 2022, Too Clever By 20%: The Songs of John Forster in 2021, and The Songs of Taylor Swift in 2023.

Tom Toce gathers several MAC Award nominations for Songwriting
In 2022, “Boo Hoo,” co-written with John Forster and Hillary Rollins, from their musical The New Decameron, was nominated for Best Comedy Song.
In 2022, Tom had four nominations. “The Strollers of Poland,” “I Believe in Rainbows” (co-written with Ethan Tarasov) and “A Brand New Shade of Blue” (co-written with John Forster) were nominated for Best Song. “Strictly for Show” (co-written with Michele Brourman, from The New Decameron) was nominated for Best Comedy Song.
The Harvard-Yale Cantata Continues at 54 Below
Cantatas VI-VIII took place in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Harvard bit into Yale’s lead in 2023 with its second win, and Yale now leads the series 5-2-1. Look for Cantata IX in September of 2024.

Tom produced a 100th birthday tribute to Lew Spence on line in January of 2021. In March of 2022, Tom produced The Songs of John Forster. In February of 2023, he produced The Songs of Taylor Swift. And in November of 2023, he produced A Conversation With Douglas J. Cohen.
